long day ...

Spent the day doin that weddin' thing -- grr, as excited as I am about it, its really not my thing. Saw all the clothes - bride's, Mo's, mine, Boojaans. All pretty cool ... of course I went crazy with the camera - pictures from every angle! Will post pics like crazy once they're given inshAllah - don't want to ruin the surprise :-)

Tired and annoyed - brain isn't functioning. Amazingly - missing work ... well maybe not work per se -- more like the fact that I had someplace to go and something solid to do. Tyrrell was right - I think I'm getting sick of this relaxing thing. Hm ... something to ponder upon.

Today was Haji's shower -- missed hangin' with the cool DC muslimah :( I'm sure it was tons and TONS of fun!!! Also missed Raabz and Riya-n-Piya's grad partays ... sad days.

Talked to Dr. Lisa on IM today -- she's settling well in CA - checked out her livejournal today too -- she and Dr. Shirin are so cool -- first they road-tripped to CA, and THEN they went surfing!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAA!



Oh, another random fact -- Sam saw Julia Roberts in Taos -- now, I absolutely love Julia - think she's THE COOLEST; also the fact that she just had twins raised her a few more notches in my mind!! :) Julia's cool ... and now Sam's cool too coz she saw her...
